U-Boot forums
After working on U-Boot for the s5p6818 for a few days, I figured it might be worthwhile to take a break
and reach out to other U-Boot developers. Maybe someone out there has already done what I want and I am
wasting my time. Maybe I will find a helpful person and be able to ask questions.
If nothing else, I can try to get a handle on what other people are doing and how I may contribute
anything I work up to the project.
I made one important discovery right away -- there is no mention of the s5p6818 in the main U-Boot source tree.
It is only in the "Friendly ARM" fork, and perhaps only in the nanopi2-v2016.01 branch of that.
It is worth noting that the latest released version is 2018.07 and 2018.09 is available as release candidates (at this time).
