The Explore M3
I bought one of these back in 2016 and it has been gathering dust ever since.
It cost me $20.
This is an NXP LPC1768 chip on a breakout board.
We have a Cortex M3 ARM that runs at 100 Mhz with 512k flash and 64k ram.
Documentation looks excellent.
There is a 851 page user manual.
